Neuromodulator Injections
Smooth fine lines and wrinkles with expertly administered Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin injections by our experienced Registered Nurses.
What Are Neuromodulators?
Neuromodulators are injectable treatments that temporarily relax the facial muscles responsible for expression lines. They work by blocking the chemical signals that cause muscles to contract, softening wrinkles and preventing new ones from forming.
Common treatment areas include frown lines between the eyebrows, horizontal forehead lines, crow's feet around the eyes, and vertical neck bands. A typical session takes 10–15 minutes with minimal downtime—often called a “lunchtime procedure.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Are neuromodulator injections painful?
Most patients describe the sensation as a quick pinch. The needles used are very fine, and treatments are fast—typically 10 to 15 minutes. Numbing cream can be applied beforehand for added comfort.
How soon will I see results?
Depending on the product used, you may notice improvement in as few as 2–3 days (Dysport) or 5–7 days (Botox, Xeomin). Full results are typically visible within 14–30 days.
How long do results last?
Results generally last 3–4 months. With regular treatments, some patients find their results last longer over time as the treated muscles gradually weaken.
Which neuromodulator is right for me?
The best choice depends on your treatment goals, the areas being treated, and your history with injectables. During your consultation, your RN injector will recommend the most suitable product for your needs.
Are there any side effects?
Common side effects include mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites, which typically resolve within a few hours to days. Serious side effects are rare. Your RN will review your full health history before treatment.
Who should not receive neuromodulator injections?
Neuromodulators are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a known allergy to botulinum toxin, or have certain neuromuscular conditions. Your RN will verify your eligibility during your consultation.
